Service Description
It's certainly no surprise that we love mushrooms! After all, they are delicious and versatile in the kitchen - whether you are an omnivore or herbivore! For this Experience, Rickey & Katie Boudreaux of Mycelium Express join us to talk, teach & cook all things mushroom. We will discuss how to grow mushrooms, give tips on foraging, and an array of uses for mushrooms in the kitchen, including the amplification of flavor through fermentation. The eight course tasting meal will include mushrooms grown by Mycelium Express and transformed in various ways at the Tiki Food Lab. You can even buy mushroom grow kits and fermented mushroom goodies! A farm tour is also included in the event, with tiki beverages available for separate purchase. Deposits are non-refundable unless provider cancels or re-schedules the event. Please let us know of food allergies 7 days before the event - we can usually accommodate vegan/pescatarian & allergy requests with advanced notice. Thanks four your support!!!!

Cancellation Policy
In order to prepare the proper amount of food, we close bookings three days before the event. For inquiries about late bookings call or text 504-338-2986 - we often can add several people to the event if we have enough food. Allegris & Substitutions: Please let us know if you have any food allergies or if you would like vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian substitutions no later than 7 days before the event. Please text such requests to 504-338-2986. Cancellations: Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to weather or other uncontrollable issues. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel prior to 7 days before the event, we will give you a credit in the amount paid toward another event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and will not receive a credit because we order food 7 days out! Thanks for your understanding!
