Service Description
If you know Chef David and Chef Ernie, you know they love to play with fire! From fire comes smoke, and salt brings the whole thing together. This event embraces unusual aspects of charred foods, brines, salt baking, and smoke, to heighten flavor. Learn the details, hear the stories, and dine on an amazing 8 course tasting menu with samples of the foods and techniques discussed. A farm tour is also included in the event, with tiki beverages available for separate purchase. Deposits are non-refundable unless provider cancels or re-schedules the event. Please let us know if you have any food allergies 7 days before the event. We can usually accommodate pescatarian/vegetarian requests. Thanks four your support!!!!

Cancellation Policy
In order to prepare the proper amount of food, we close bookings three days before the event. For inquiries about late bookings call or text 504-338-2986 - we often can add several people to the event if we have enough food. Allegris & Substitutions: Please let us know if you have any food allergies or if you would like vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian substitutions no later than 7 days before the event. Please text such requests to 504-338-2986. Cancellations: Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to weather or other uncontrollable issues. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel prior to 7 days before the event, we will give you a credit in the amount paid toward another event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and will not receive a credit because we order food 7 days out! Thanks for your understanding!
