Carlos Grasso (Pink Teddy Bear & Friday Night DJ at Suis Generis) will perform a special dinner set with microphones attached to plants, prep tables, sautée pans, around the farm, and even in the water. Executive Chef & Food Scientist, Ernie Foundas will cook a 6 course dinner from which Carlos will create a custom soundscape paired with, and performed during each course.
